Hilda also holds a Ph.D. in Religious Studies from Emerson Institute and is the author of six published books, including her latest Living Brave in Love, Stories of Intimacy Lost & Found. She is a respected stylist, sought after educator and leader in the business.

Mary Petrich Creativity is the driving force in Mary's life, both in her career as a stylist and as a musician. Mary has been a performing musician for most of her life, accomplished in both the jazz and classical worlds. Check out her site and sign up for her calendar at www.marypetrich.com.

Nicolette De Marco sees her role in the beauty industry as an opportunity to serve and transform guests through beauty, confidence and wellness. She pays extreme attention to detail and has a particularly developed eye for color balance. Nicolette is Pluma's Elite Team member, which entails thorough knowledge of product and color, as well as attendance to quarterly business and technical courses. She is certified in Eufora Foundational cutting and versed in both Eufora and Framesi color. As a service and detail oriented stylist, she takes pride in transforming each client to please their unique and personal needs.

Terri Edwards joins the talented staff of Pluma Design with over 30 years of professional stylist experience. Within her tenure as a stylist, she has excelled with an educational approach to cut, color and fashion to ensure customers' desires are translated into beautiful results. Terri has been a salon owner for a majority of her career and understands that customer loyalty and quality work is what it takes to make a business successful. It is the love of cutting that portrays her skills. Her passions include transforming a customer beyond their personal expectations, helping students of cosmetology grow and participating in the fight against Breast Cancer to move it to the next level.

Lorna Hendrickson has been in the beauty industry for over thirty years. She owned a successful salon in Upper Michigan before moving to Arizona in March 2015 in search of sunshine and warmer weather and a new beginning. She has a strong passion for making people look and feel more beautiful while expressing her creativity in the form of what she calls, hair art. She specializes in razor and textured cuts and her blow-dry’s and finishing work are also exceptional.

Lorna continues to attend the advanced educational classes to remain current in her profession and her preferred ones have been razor cutting, long hair styling and creative coloring. In giving back to her community, she believes that her talent was created to gift it back to people when they are in need. She volunteers her time as a stylist for a non-profit organization, Native American Connections. “Giving a haircut to someone in need and getting a huge smile in return is so rewarding” is what she says about her community service. Lorna herself is Native American and her soft and gentle nature is obvious in everything that she is and does.

Aubrie McCall has loved the beauty industry since she was a young girl using her sisters and friends as her canvas for make-up application! She worked in the fashion and beauty industry prior to having children and once the children were in school and Aubrie’s family was stationery in Phoenix she decided to attend beauty school with the encouragement of her husband.

Since joining Pluma Designs, Aubrie is loving the industry because of its creativity and the opportunity to meet so many interesting people. She particularly loves color application and the current trend of ombre, so popular with millennials. Additionally, she is thrilled to do hair and make-up for weddings and special occasions. Aubrie enjoys the intimate setting, the clientele and the mentoring she receives at Pluma Designs, and the flexibility allows her to still have quality time with her two sons.

In her free time, Aubrie likes to travel with her family and explore new and exciting locales.
