It is the love of cutting that portrays her skills. Her passions include transforming a customer beyond their personal expectations, helping students of cosmetology grow and participating in the fight against Breast Cancer to move it to the next level.

Aubrie McCall has loved the beauty industry since she was a young girl using her sisters and friends as her canvas for make-up application! She worked in the fashion and beauty industry prior to having children and once the children were in school and Aubrie’s family was stationery in Phoenix she decided to attend beauty school with the encouragement of her husband.

Since joining Pluma Designs, Aubrie is loving the industry because of its creativity and the opportunity to meet so many interesting people. She particularly loves color application and the current trend of ombre, so popular with millennials. Additionally, she is thrilled to do hair and make-up for weddings and special occasions. Aubrie enjoys the intimate setting, the clientele and the mentoring she receives at Pluma Designs, and the flexibility allows her to still have quality time with her two sons.

In her free time, Aubrie likes to travel with her family and explore new and exciting locales.

Olivia Wales grew up appreciating the artistry and business of the beauty industry through her parents. Her father, a talented hairstylist and her mother, who managed the two salons they owned and operated in the Scottsdale area, gave Olivia her first opportunity and glimpse of the profession. She began working with her parents during grade school and enjoyed the responsibility of answering the phones and taking care of the clients.

After high school, Olivia attended the University of Arizona where she studied fine arts and afterwards she preformed as a dancer on two esteemed cruise lines for almost two years. From there she moved to New York City where she lived for ten years. She spent her last year working and studying in Manhattan at the prestigious and renowned Sally Hershberger Tim Rogers Salon as a stylist. Her specialties are long layered cuts and “beach wave blow drys!” She comments that although she enjoys providing classic salon services, she really enjoys creating a personal salon experience.

Recently joining the Team at Pluma Designs, Olivia is looking forward to creating fresh new looks inspired by her time in Manhattan, and she welcomes the opportunity of meeting new people and establishing herself as an up and growing hairstylist.
